It’s really nice to have a ramen in such a cold day. The server is so nice and the ramen is super delicious 😋 I’ll visit here again in the near future.

For a place so central, nothing to complain. Great fresh food, quite a big portion, very quick and at a very reasonable price. I had the sesame chicken ramen and it was yum.

First time going to ramen ya the hospitality was great waitress are friendly. Food was amazing 10/10 would do it again. If you don’t know what to order just ask the waiter / waitress and they will give you a pretty noice recommendation.

Great ramen and great service! Everything looked clean and the toilets whee too. I am definitely coming back here again!

Amazing food and a great amount of options for those who are somewhat picky. Did find during our visit that the restaurant was quite warm, which made our visit a little less pleasant than it could have been.

Very salty and so greasy that it was literally bulging on top. And very salty, after five minutes nibbling and sipping I was so saturated it felt like I would get a stroke so I quit. Noodles were undercooked also.Giant portions, which is positive but it seems a waste if you want something quick as you would expect from a place called a "noodle bar".Staff was attentive and service was fast.

The ramen was tasty, and the tea was delicious. However, we waited over 30 minutes to pay. The first time I asked for the check, the server proceeded to sit and serve other customers. When I brought up that we waited so long to pay with one of the other servers, I was told that they were so busy because this was there lunch period. This was at 5 pm when the restaurant was less than 50% capacity. This place was not worth the price.

Delicious ramen in a lovely restaurant! We came just at the right time as it's first come-first served and we got a table right away, friendly staff and great location!

Yo this place was lit. Service was fast and effective, also very friendly! Food arrived quickly and it tasted amazinggggg!! I also had the mochi ice cream as dessert and the presentation was so cute I felt bad eating it. However, it was delicious ☺️I would definitely recommend this place!

Ramen was really quite nice. The eggs were a nice soft cook. Noodles were good. The broth was very flavorful and obviously had been simmered for a looooong time to extract as much gelatin as was in the broth. I would absolutely go back.

The ramen took me back to Japan! It was a BIG bowl of ramen goodness! The broth, meat, eggs and noodles were tasty! Try their pork buns too. The tempura was ok, so was the gyoza. The service was quick and friendly.

Best meal I had in Amsterdam. Basic pork noodles and chicken noodles - preferred the pork

The night was cold and we were looking for something warm to eat. You enter the restaurant and walk down a flight of stairs to the front where you’re seated. The Ramen was good, but not out of this world. I recommend the pork buns though. They were delicious and loaded with flavor.

Perfect bowl of ramen! Delicious noodles. Thick creamy miso broth. Gooey egg, with pork that is tender and breaks apart when you try to pick it up. Not bad priced either

Don't let the tourist-y location fool you. This diamond in the rough has superb ramen. The tonkotsu broth is very creamy and the pork is flawlessly tender. Decent prices for food, very cheap drinks. Easy recommend if you want to brave the lousy crowds outside.

Amazing noodles, their portions are huge. I've yet to finish one bowl of soup. The staff is super attentive and it's very easy to change your soup toppings if you have special requests, allergies or dietary needs. Going there is definitely a must, whether you go by yourself of with company, you'll leave with a full stomach and a smile.

This spot was pretty close to Central Station. It was very nicely decorated inside with a modern look. I got the Kim chi ramen with pork belly. It was soooo DELICIOUS! It wasn't super spicy like Kim chi usually is but there were extra condiments on the table like chili oil and some spicy topping that I added which made it perfect! The noodles were not as soft as I had hope but still good. I recommend this spot! Also the bathrooms were clean and nice.

So good! Come here every time i visit Amsterdam. Really good Ramen.. definitely need to get the home made ice tea and pork buns are delicious.

Delicious Ramen! The noodles were fresh, and soup was amazing. Service took a while, why I gave a 4 stars away. The pork buns was one of the best I have ever had. Buns were soft, meat tender. Overall you need to try this place.

Poor service. When we first visited, we waited at the entrance because there was a sign saying "please wait here until a server takes you to available seats." Nobody arrived, or at least nobody greeted us when we entered, unlike typical Japanese restaurants. So we had to go out. We went back the next day to try again. One of the male waiters shocked me when a girl asked him where the toilet is. He said "straight ahead..." and then he whispered "it is very easy, you won't get lost." This is not very hospitable at all, to be working in line of food services.

I tried the Karaka-men with glazed pork belly, I absolutely loved it! The portions of the mains are quite large. Pairs nicely with green tea, too. Friendly staff tops it off, they will listen to special requests

We have tried ramen shops all over the world. London to Paris and Japan but this place is a contender for one of the best. Fast service big portions and pork buns were mad tasty!

The ramen was good but when I was about to leave, there was a staff ask me whether I paid or not. I already paid with another staff and I think this is not right. I dont know what the problem is but you need to be more polite and you could even ask your colleague rather than ask me.

I visited here 2 years ago and it was great. This time was disappointing. Not super flavourful broth, it felt kind of basic. I had the vegetable with the 'nest', sort of a vegetable tempura fritter. The nest was good, but the vegetables in the soup were lacking...only mushy onions, cabbage and bamboo shoots. At least some carrots, and something green would be good. This could have been much better and for 15€ was overpriced and disappointing.

The sesame chicken shio missed a little garlic oil but further than that it was really nice! The broth was amazing. The ice tea with lemon grass was nice too (maybe even nicer with a little less lemon grass).

Always a pleasure to eat somewhere where there is a decent vegan choice. Sake was delicious, staff friendly! Interior not my taste per se.

Decent ramen shop in Amsterdam near the canals and the center of the action (literally just a couple feet away from Bulldog Coffee Shop.)Something about the cold air and rainy day just makes me want to eat a bowl of ramen despite being on vacation, but Ramen-Ya didn’t make it seem like such a bad idea because the quality of the meal was truly great. I ordered my favorite tonkatsu ramen which had an extremely creamy broth with amazing cuts of meat while my boyfriend opted for the chicken kara-age which was extra crispy and just the right temperature to warm us up. I don’t know if I’d immediately make it my next stop whenever I’m back in Amsterdam but we definitely were not disappointed with the food and that’s certainly worth noting.

High quality, home made ramen noodles, porc broth cooked for 10 hours, crazy porc slices all melting AND super affordable prices. I mean, simply the best place to get a feed in Amsterdam. And the pig fat goes to your brain and makes you high. Superb quality. Thanks guys !

Super nice place to eat you get around Amsterdam. The food got at the table in minutes even if the place was packed. Very nice and friendly staff also. We had to wait 15 minutes to get it which was perfectly fine for a Friday night. I recommend this place. The food was also delicious.

The broth was very nice. Loved the ramen. The place got full very fast, we went in for a quick lunch and found it by chance, within 30 minutes the place was packed and as we were leaving we saw a long line of people waiting to be seated. The staff were helpful and attentive, would definitely go back.

The staff was quite friendly, but made us wait very long. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. The ramen was too salty and the noodles too firm for my taste. If you want some real authentic ramen, then you are better off eating elsewhere.

Ramen-nee dankje... The side dishes were great but the noodles, It's just not my style. Thicker broth I guess the miso didn't fit, I expected something different. But overall great place to hang out!
